EXCEL Tutor:  1: noun, excellent, academic professional with an interest in working one to one with students  to achieve the students highest academic levels possible. 

EXCEL Tutors are chosen for their academic credentials and the diverse life experiences they bring to the EXCEL team. An EXCEL Tutor is required to demonstrate caring Professionalism in all their interactions with students.  They engage regularly in personal upgrading and work closely with any agency, school, parent or professional that is  involved in the  student's  education.

Effective September 1, 2011,

EXCEL's basic hourly rates will be as follows:

$35.00/hour * for students requesting less than 6 hours monthly (one hour per week) or those wishing to book sessions on a week to week basis.

$35.00/hour *  for single one or two hour sessions (booked 48+ hrs in advance and subject to Tutor availability.

$32.50/hour *    2 or more hours per week,  invoiced monthly or bi-monthly

$32.50/hour*   less than 2 hours per week, prepaid monthly ($130/month)

$30.00/hour*   2 or more hours per week prepaid monthly or bimonthly

* returning students booked at their prior rate (including $30/hour long time friends)

Our Rates have been set to keep EXCEL Services Top Notch with the very best Professional Tutors fairly compensated for their skills and work with EXCEL clients. EXCEL will focus on providing study materials and reference resources that are current and effective to meet all tutoring needs.

EXCEL's cancelation policy will continue to ask you to call 24 hours in advance to cancel a session with no forfeit or charge.  1/2 fee will be charged for late cancelations.  (Exceptions for Illness)
